A Practice Born from the Heart
I am a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for helping others discover the transformative benefits of yoga. Through my own journey, I have experienced how yoga can support physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. It has become an important part of my family's life, and I am committed to sharing these benefits with my community.

Trained in Clinical Psychology
My background in clinical psychology provides a rich foundation for understanding how the mind and body are deeply interconnected, allowing me to guide with greater insight into how thoughts, emotions, and stress manifest physically.
This training informs a trauma-informed approach to teaching creating a safe, non-judgmental space where students can move at their own pace and feel truly seen. By weaving psychological awareness into each class, I help students build not just physical strength and flexibility, but also emotional resilience and self-compassion.
Locally Trained & Insured
My training was completed in my local community, grounding my teaching in the values, needs, and spirit of the people I serve. As a fully insured practitioner, students can feel confident and safe in every session knowing that their wellbeing is protected and that I am held to high standards of professional accountability.
